Unlike other agents, we deliberately work with a select number of sellers at a time: we think this is the only way to provide you with the quality personal service you deserve. Other agents have many simultaneous listings they can only handle with an army of assistants. Once they have the listing agreement with you signed you may have little direct contact with them again!

Here are the services we offer to successfully sell your home.

  • Knowledge of the Area. Rather than spreading ourselves thinly like many agents, Danny and I specialize in your specific area. We have combined experience of nearly 40 years successfully serving our clients in this area. Because we work as a team you have double the resources available to you rather than working with a single agent. 
  • Market Analysis: Determination of  the listing price to get you the highest possible sales price. The first stage in selling your  home is to find the best possible listing price that will attract the highest offers in your desired time frame. A detailed CMA (Cost Market Analysis) will be performed and many other factors will be taken into account to advise you on the optimum price to list your home. We will advise you expertly but you will always have the final say.
  • Marketing: Finding as many quality buyers as possible. Second is the process of advertising and marketing your home to attract as many serious buyers as possible. We will do this in many ways:
    • We will produce and distribute quality marketing material for your property. We will know which features of your home will attract buyers and we will author exceptional marketing collateral in the form of flyers, print advertisements and online listings. We are abreast of the very latest technology to get your home as much exposure as possible on-line and when people find your online listing we will make the information as attractive and informative as possible (with, for example, state-of-the-art virtual tours).
    • Open houses: showcasing to the public. We will hold frequent open houses for prospective buyers. Of course we will advertise the open house beforehand so we get as much quality 'traffic' as possible. Obviously the best time for an open house is at a weekend - but we will schedule them only when convenient to you.
    • We will reach buyers through their agents. Often the most effective way to find buyers is not directly but via their agents. Coldwell Banker's Los Gatos-South office was the second most successful office in the World last year! Through our office meetings and networking we have access to almost 200 agents who may have the perfect buyer for your home. As a complement to open houses for the public we will advertise and place your property on special agent-only tours.
  • Negotiation:  getting you the best possible deal We will use our experience and negotiating skills to get you the best possible deal. Of course price is often the most important factor - but there are many other considerations which will make the transaction as advantageous and painless as possible. For example, we will try and minimize the work you will have to undertake before the contract is completed, we will negotiate optimal time frames and possible rent back so the move process fits exactly with your preferred time scale.
  • Full Service: taking as much of your stress out of the selling process. From the moment you first contact us to when you move out of your property and beyond, we will provide the highest quality service. We will do as much as we can to help the process be painless and successful.
